Brishiv Tech Lab LLP (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the entity operating this Site. We are registered in India with our registered office at C-505, Titanium Business Park, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380051, India. For the purposes of this Site, we are the data controller for any personal data described below.

This Site is a static, informational brochure site. It describes who Brishiv Tech Lab LLP is and lists the products we operate. It does not host a product dashboard, does not require an account, and does not process any product data. Nothing you do on this Site affects your account or data on Kyrospect, Authreads, and Manage Your Web.

We aim to collect the minimum necessary to operate a brochure site and respond to inquiries.

• Contact form / email: If you email us or use a contact form on this Site, we collect what you submit, typically your name, email address, and the content of your message, so we can respond.
• Basic technical logs: Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may record standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and page requested) for security and operational purposes.
• Cookies / analytics: This Site can use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how visitors find and move through the Site, so we can improve it. It sets first-party cookies and sends usage data to Google. IP addresses are anonymised before Google records them. We do not use this data for advertising and we do not sell it. Nothing analytics-related runs until you accept. On your first visit we ask; until you choose “Accept” no analytics script is fetched and no analytics cookie is set, so declining — or simply not answering — leaves the Site untracked. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie, and never leaves your device; you can change it at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. You can also opt out of Google Analytics across all sites with Google's official browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or block analytics cookies in your browser.

We do not collect the kind of workplace activity, identity, or website-visitor data that our products handle, that data belongs entirely to each product's own policy.

We use contact submissions only to respond to your inquiry, and technical logs only to operate and secure the Site. We do not sell this data, and we do not use it for advertising.

We do not sell personal data collected through this Site. We may share it with service providers who help us operate the Site (for example, email or hosting providers) under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

Contact inquiries are retained only as long as needed to respond to and resolve them, plus a reasonable period for our records.

You may ask us what personal data we hold about you from this Site, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@brishiv.com. Because this Site collects very little data, most requests can be resolved directly.

If your request concerns a product (Kyrospect, Authreads, and Manage Your Web) rather than this Site, please direct it to that product's own privacy contact, we will otherwise need to redirect you there.

This Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 16 through this Site.
